Feelin’s Community Guidelines

Feelin’s is dedicated to creating meaningful, kind connections and genuine engagement in a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. These Guidelines work in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use to set the foundation for a positive community experience. All members are expected to abide by these rules; failure to do so may lead to content removal, account suspension or termination, and—if necessary—notification of law enforcement in accordance with applicable Indian law.

Note: This is not an exhaustive list. Additional behaviors may be deemed in violation of these Guidelines, and serious violations may result in legal consequences.

1. General Requirements

Age Requirement:

All users must be at least 18 years old.
Creating a profile or providing information that misrepresents your age is prohibited. We reserve the right to request identification to verify your age.

Respect and Tolerance:

Treat all members with respect regardless of differences in gender, race, ethnicity, religion, caste, or any other attribute.
Your interactions should be aimed at building a kind and supportive community. Disrespectful, hateful, or inflammatory behaviors are not permitted.

Legal Compliance:

All content and behavior must comply with applicable laws, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, and other relevant regulations.

Reporting Violations:

If you witness or experience any behavior that violates these Guidelines, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting feature or by contacting support@feelins.app.

2. Profile Guidelines

Authenticity:

Create and maintain profiles using accurate and truthful information. Impersonation or misrepresentation (including catfishing) is strictly prohibited.

Identity Verification:

You may be asked to verify your identity or age through official identification. Failure to comply may result in account suspension.

3. Content and Conduct Guidelines

A. Adult, Sexual, and Nudity Policies

Explicit Content Prohibitions:
Nude, sexually explicit, or vulgar material is not allowed on profiles, or during audio and video calls.

Examples of prohibited on calls or shared via video include:

Commercial Exploitation: The platform must not be used to promote, sell, or exchange any sexual or romantic services, including escort services or adult content.

B. Harassment, Bullying, and Abuse

Harassment and Bullying: Abusive language, repeated unwanted contact, and any threats or demeaning remarks (including body shaming) are prohibited.
Sharing someone’s personal information without consent, blackmail, or any form of extortion is forbidden.
Sexual Harassment: Any non-consensual behavior, such as cyberflashing (sending unsolicited explicit images), unwanted sexual advances, or sharing intimate content without permission, is strictly disallowed—even if communicated off-platform.
If such behavior is detected on or off the platform, appropriate action (including account suspension) may be taken.

C. Hate Speech and Identity-Based Discrimination

Any speech, imagery, or behavior that promotes hate, dehumanizes, or discriminates against individuals or communities based on race, ethnicity, caste, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other protected attribute is not allowed. Disparaging remarks that target or demean any community are grounds for immediate action.

D. Child Sexual Exploitation and Safety

Zero Tolerance: Any content that sexualizes or endangers children (anyone under the age of 18) is strictly prohibited. This includes images, videos, or discussions that depict explicit behavior involving minors.
Even content intended to raise awareness must adhere to strict legal and ethical standards.

Mandatory Reporting: If any user uploads or attempts to share child sexual abuse material, such content will be removed immediately and the matter may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

E. Inauthentic Behavior and Misinformation

Authenticity: Profiles must represent the genuine identity of the user. Creating fake identities (catfishing) or impersonating others is not allowed.
Misinformation: The deliberate sharing of false or misleading content that could harm public safety or distort facts is prohibited. Satirical content must be clearly identifiable as such.

F. Prohibited Commercial and Financial Activity

Restricted Transactions: Using the platform to facilitate the exchange or sale of regulated goods (including drugs or controlled substances), or engaging in financial scams, is not permitted.
Sexual or Romantic Exchanges for Value: Any attempt to solicit sexual or romantic engagement in exchange for money, gifts, or other forms of value is strictly forbidden.

Community Enforcement: Our moderation team uses human oversight to monitor and enforce these Guidelines. We encourage users to report any violations or behavior that makes them feel unsafe.
Reporting Violations: Use the in-app report feature or email support@feelins.app. False reports will be reviewed and may lead to account action.

Consequences of Violations: Depending on severity and frequency, violations may result in content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination. We cooperate with law enforcement in criminal cases.

6. Updates and Feedback

Regular Updates: We regularly review and update these Community Guidelines. Changes will be shared via SMS, email, or in-app notices.
Feedback: Your feedback helps maintain a safe community. By sharing feedback, you give us the right to use it freely.
