What We Collect: User ID, mobile number, password, gender, voice recordings, video recordings, IP address, approximate age range, username, photo, and birth year.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM, NOR DO WE WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM IS FREE OF ERRORS. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BRAGRIGHT TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
9. Grievance Redressal
For any complaints or grievances regarding this Privacy Policy or your data, please contact us at grievance@feelins.app. Our Resident Grievance Officer will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and work to resolve the issue within 15 days of receipt.
